Origins
On july 2019, oshan pubuditha, the founder of Cyber waddo, came up with an idea to create a YouTube channel that does tech tutorials in Sinhala. Accordingly, he studies other similar YouTube channels and decides to use the name of the YouTube channel he creates as "CYBER WADDO".
